Refund Policy
Hon Truyen applies clear refund policies for each type of digital asset to ensure user rights and platform transparency.
1. Deposits & Wallet
When you make cash deposits (VND/USD) into your account to convert into Wallet Balance or Crystals, this transaction is a one-way digital product purchase:
- No cash refunds supported: Balances successfully deposited into the system cannot be withdrawn back into cash (VND/USD) under any circumstances (except for duplicate charge technical errors from the payment gateway).
- Handling deposit issues: If you have been charged by your bank/e-wallet but the system has not recorded the Balance, please contact [email protected] with transaction details. We will verify and credit the balance within 24-48 working hours.
2. Subscription Plans
When you use your Balance / Crystal to purchase or renew Subscription Plans (Free, Plus, Pro, Ultra...):
- No Balance refunds: Activated subscription plans (the system has added your Credit quota) cannot be refunded or cancelled mid-term to get back unused Balance/Crystals.
- You have the right to cancel auto-renewal (if any) at any time. Your subscription will continue to remain active until the end of the current cycle.
3. Credit Quotas (Read/Audio/Video/Forge Credit)
Credit is the usage quota provided by your subscription. Applied policies:
- Unlock Chapters (Read Credit): When you use Read Credit to unlock a Premium chapter, the transaction is irreversible. Credits will not be refunded even if you have not read the chapter yet.
- AI Audio/Video Generation (Audio/Video Credit): Auto-Refund mechanism applies. If you submit a request to generate Audio (TTS) or Video and the AI system encounters an error, the deducted Credits will be 100% refunded to your quota immediately upon error report.
- AI Text Assistants (Story Forge & SEO Credit): Reserve-then-Refund payment mechanism applies. When you submit a request, the system temporarily holds the corresponding Credits (e.g., 1 Credit for normal suggestions, 3 Credits for Comprehensive SEO Generation).
- Handling AI Text errors: If text generation succeeds, the reserved Credits are officially deducted. If the task fails (LLM provider error) or is stuck for more than 2 hours, the Auto-Refund mechanism will trigger to return 100% of the Credits to your wallet.
